I love to make it as part of brunch when I have family staying over for the holidays. It’s also a go-to dessert for us here in the Holt House!
I’m all about simple healthy recipes that don’t compromise taste or nutrition, and I pour lots of this into the The Carb Compatibility Project. All of the recipes in this 4 week nutrition program were created for their dense nutrition AND ease of use.
The Carb Compatibility Project provides simple ideas that don't take a lot of time or energy & the average dinner takes about 15 minutes to prep.
