1:1 Membership Testimonials

Thank you so much for your persistence and knowledge and wisdom. I finally feel like I have found someone who is next level with seeing the FULL picture, female health, etc.!

— Julia V.

Rachel was so knowledgeable and I can’t thank her enough for all of her guidance and care! I feel the best I’ve felt in 8 years! I highly recommend this program!

— Jessi S.

Not a day goes by where I don’t feel immense gratitude for having had the opportunity to meet and work with Erin as a client. Having struggled with endometriosis and other autoimmune issues for more than six years and having worked with medical providers who were dismissive and unhelpful, I was discouraged and desperate to understand what was going on in my body. Erin was the first practitioner who cared, like really cared. Her focus on functional medicine obviously sets her apart but it is her sincerity that makes her stand out. She was on a mission for me and with me; she celebrated "wins" with me and felt for me when I was struggling; she led me to self-compassion; and ultimately set me on a path where I feel healthy, happy, and confident. With work on dysbiosis, supplementing, stress regulation, and her connections to other practitioners who were a true fit for me, I am more hopeful than I ever have been about my future wellbeing. Anyone who has the privilege to work with Erin will forever be changed for the better.

— Briana

Rachel's knowledge!! Each and every part of my care was so cohesive and knowledge based. I truly have learned SO much from her. I loved that she always had so much knowledge about every single thing I was struggling with/every topic that was talked about in our sessions. I always felt like my care was in such good hands while working with her. I also really really appreciated that she was able to provide care for each and every one of my concerns. This was the first time in my life that I felt like a practitioner has actually listened to me and my symptoms and did what they could to test/treat them.

— Gina C.

I came to Erin for a simple gluten intolerance test, which turned into 9 months of working with her as a 1:1 client and joining her YHR program. Not only do I feel better (I had multiple gut issues that I did not know about and are now cured), but I feel like I have a blueprint for the rest of my life! Working with Erin has literally been life changing. I discovered that I am in the early (pre-symptom) stage of an autoimmune disease. Normally this would make me very scared, but Erin has given me the tools to manage it going forward so that it does not get worse. I feel empowered knowing that I have so much knowledge to stay healthy in the future! Erin and her team are caring, compassionate and brilliant and I cannot thank them enough!

— Michelle

I came to Erin as a 1:1 client with a myriad of health issues going on, super discouraged and tired of the band-aid “pill for every ill” approach. I needed more. I wanted to get to the root cause, and work on truly healing my body—no more quick fixes. I needed someone to listen, truly listen, when I spoke of the things happening inside my body that just didn’t feel right. I knew Erin was the bright light at the end of a difficult tunnel for me. Not only does she allow for self advocacy, but she’s compassionate, and so insanely knowledgeable. The extensive labs and tests she runs gave me such a clear picture, one I had never had before—a true gift. It was all starting to make sense, finally. I’m well on my way on this health journey of mine & I am forever grateful for Erin’s support, knowledge, and love!

— Lindsey

Working with Erin to improve my health has absolutely been the best investment decision I've made. After being dismissed by GI specialists and suffering for over 20 years with digestive issues and pain, Erin uncovered the root causes of my health concerns, designed protocols to treat my specific needs, and as a result significantly improved my quality of life. I'm so grateful!

— Susie

I won't rant about how our healthcare system is broken, how my symptoms were like a bright neon sign that could have been taken care of years ago. Just hear the echo that it's crazy broken.

I want to tell you that in the small amount of time since learning this diagnosis I have heard my story repeated by the women in my life again and again and again. Maybe it's happening to them. Maybe to their sister, their aunt, their friend. There is the common thread of symptoms, but also the commonality of how long it took to be heard. Of years of missteps. Of how wide the gap we are falling into is when trying to get comprehensive care. It's not okay. Autoimmune diseases in women age 40-60 have risen to epidemic proportions. Lasting treatment is often difficult and information is not consistent. So here is my PSA, because I've decided something good is coming out of this and it's gonna be info. Here we go: First, if you are fatigued (yes, even the fatigue you successfully push through) if you are wearing wool socks in July because you are always cold, if you cannot drop a pound despite clean eating and exercise and there are times you just ache like you ran a 25k, get yourself to a doctor who LISTENS. Then do this list of five things. Easy-peasy, 1-5 list:

1) Go see Erin Holt of The Funk’tional Nutritionist. Her functional health practice is the real deal. She figured out what was going on with me in a hot minute and she has the mad skills to get me back on my feet.

Go. See. Her. So quicky recap: The Funk’tional Nutritionist. The Funk’tional Nutritionist. The Funk’tional Nutritionist. (I'm considering a tattoo.)

I really loved working with Rachel. She is an amazing practitioner; very kind, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. While I still have work to do , I have gained my power back and learned a lot about how to support myself through sleep, stress management, movement, nutrition, supplementation, detoxing, rest, and boundaries.

— Shelli M.

I've been working with Erin Holt for three weeks and even though I'm still figuring out my auto immune stuff, I finally feel like someone in the field of medicine is actually listening. Invisible illness is truly the worst. People who haven't experienced it often have a hard time understanding and this can really mess with your psyche! I can meditate till the cows come home but if I don't eat/find the right ratio of healing foods mixed with proper movement and care then the problems are never going away. Doctors treat the symptom, and Erin gets to the root cause with functional nutrition as the medium! She has this amazing way of validating what I already knew and then giving me the information I didn't in a crazy dope accessible way! She knows her shit and is a badass. Don't sleep on this woman!!!!!

— Kayla

I decided to work 1:1 with Erin because I was feeling poorly despite significant positive lifestyle changes that I had made over the last couple of years (nutrition, mindset, movement, sleep, etc). During the first session, she carefully listened to all my health concerns. In that first one-hour session with Erin, I felt like she already knew me better than my primary care physician, who I have been seeing for several years. After deciding which labs to run, running the labs, reviewing the data, and implementing some changes, I feel like a DIFFERENT person. A better person. Like I went from 50% mental and physical capacity to 100%. I didn’t realize how bad I felt until I finally felt good. For years, I had this running narrative in my mind that I didn’t have enough time–but what I really didn’t have enough of was: energy, mental clarity, and focus. Working with Erin has been TRULY life changing. Once I started feeling better, I was able to level up my personal life in ways I never thought imaginable.

THANK YOU ERIN!!!

— Julie

Let Erin Holt be your first and last stop on the train to wellness town—yes, she is THAT good. There are many issues both superficial and deeply layered that contribute to our personal food choices, but there is nothing on that spectrum of issues that Erin cannot only hold space for, but speak to in a wise way that gifts her clients with a map to personal freedom from whatever personal limitations they've encountered in the patterns of how they feed themselves. Erin puts a premium on her personal education which means her wisdom is always up-to-date, well-researched, and completely thorough. You can trust her knowledge base entirely. She is also a real human with a very real sense of humor and a wide-open heart that allows her to work from a place of personal experience and unparalleled authenticity. What you see is what you get, and what you get is both impressive and transformational—a wealth of information, a very generous hands-on approach, and simple but effective tips for practical application and long-lasting change. Did I mention she can cook like a BOSS? The food is amazing, you will EAT. This woman is pro-food which is such a welcome departure from toxic diet culture that we've all been overexposed to for far too long. She has been instrumental in helping so many people reclaim their power to heal themselves through food, myself included. Do yourself a favor and seek out her wisdom today!

Your Hormone Revival

YHR has been such a gift. I’ve been through some sh*t and the pain runs deep. I knew I had to deal with what I’d been through. So I did the work. I analyzed my journal entries, went to therapy, and wrote a book to process and learn from my experiences. I made sense of the madness and processed my grief—at least my brain did.

But YHR taught me how my body absorbed the chaos. Breathwork brought seas of emotions, Yoga Nidra unearthed a need to feel safe and supported, and my labs showed more work to be done. I expected the functional and nutritional part of the program, which did not disappoint. But the EMOTIONAL part of the journey was an unexpected blessing. THANK YOU.

Oh, and not to mention that at age 45, I FINALLY understand what it is like to be a woman. So, keep kicking ass, and don’t let anyone yuck your yum (my new favorite phrase).

— Nicole

Everything about this program is wonderful! So much content, I learned so much. Getting the labs and protocol was so helpful and helped answer some questions l had about how I was feeling, very eye opening. Loved all the HPA Axis stuff, who knew this could have such an impact. I'm still working on it but have already noticed a difference in my anxiety. Loved all the blood sugar regulation info too since that is something else I'm trying to improve.

My biggest takeaway from YHR = shifting from "I need to control my body" to "my body is an amazing machine that just needs my support (and for me to get out of its way)." The biggest challenge for me is beginning to question the beliefs I have long defended about what types of exercise and food restriction I need to make myself smaller (uggg) and trying to understand that my body can tell me what it needs (and that changes).

There is just such a genuineness to Erin. She is so relatable and not preachy so it's easier to sit with the content she is sharing. Knowing she has gone through similar struggles with her health and as a mom was really comforting for me as I went through the program. The biggest lessons that I am taking away from Erin are:

  1. My body is fighting like hell for me.

  2. The power of meditation (Erin's meditations are absolutely incredible).

  3. Blood sugar regulation is CRITICAL.

  4. Newfound understanding of the breadth and depth of stress on my body (ie: stress is not just having a bad day).

  5. Toxins in household products/cosmetics/etc are feeding my estrogen dominance (this was MINDBLOWING information for me).

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this incredible program, for giving me a hope about wellness that I haven't had in so long, and for giving 1000% to all of us throughout this YHR journey.

After completing YHR I definitely have an appreciation for my body that I did not have before. I have always been upset with my body because I struggle with long-term chronic issues, but I've learned how great it actually is and how much it is really trying to do the best it can. I also feel that I have a way to move forward in a better direction mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I can’t exactly pinpoint what it is—maybe it’s because your delivery is so genuine and because you are so candid about your own trials and tribulations—but YHR, unlike anything else, resonated so deeply with me and has stuck in a way that nothing else ever has. You provided deep-seated reasons for why I need to eat certain ways, sweat, supplement, and down-regulate. You didn’t force-feed these concepts/practices just so I/we could conform to fads and societal expectations. There is SO much power behind the "what" and "how" of your delivery.

You have another YHR baby on the way!! I am 25 weeks, due in early February. After doing your program my cycles were on point after a couple months. We decided to try for baby the month of our wedding and we got both our fairytale wedding and baby on the way. Thank you so much for all you do. I felt like my health has markedly improved since following you and doing CCP and YHR. I still work at it everyday and may still need some help in the future but so much better! Thank you so much for continuing to crank out information for the greater good!

— Alex

Well not only has YHR been super helpful, but my mind is blown after seeing my DUTCH test results last night. The first time I slept through the night in about 20 years was 2 weeks into this class. Here's hoping everything else will fall in line too. Thank you Erin & Rachel!!

— Meg

Erin, I’ve loved learning from all of the modules the last few weeks, especially about the thyroid symptoms and how your adrenals are connected to so many functions in our body. Thank you so much—this course is amazing!

— Kristen

Carb Compatibility Project

Erin, I just wanted to genuinely thank you. I’ve been struggling with my weight and health issues associated with it for years now. Tried every single fad diet there and failed miserably. To know that I can eat as much as I am eating now and lose weight while doing so is astounding to me. I’m not trying to be braggy, but I’m down 10 lbs in these four weeks. I have a big journey ahead of me, but I feel confident with the knowledge I now have. And thank you to everyone in the group for also being informative and positive! You’re the best, Erin and thank you for the support!

Erin’s content and education has been helping me tap into my personal intuition and develop a healthy relationship with myself for years. Through the Carb Compatibility Project, she takes things a step further. Erin links scientific facts, guided experience and self respect, to find a way of eating that works best for YOU. I learned so much from the CCP, far beyond how many carbs I should eat in a day. It has given me a new sense of autonomy around food which is a big deal as I have struggled with disordered eating for countless years.

— Megan, New Jersey

I had never gone “low carb” before and was so happy to have Erin guiding me through it. It made me feel comfortable as she explained what was going on in my body in a clear, concise way through the 4 weeks. I was excited for the next week to start because my body responded so well to the small changes I was making. I will carry the tips and tools I learned from this program in my day to day life going forward.

— Jessica, Massachusetts

This program is a great way to discover how your body feels with different amounts of carbs. You are never forced to go very low carb, but can if it feels right for you. I did not experience the “keto flu” because we gradually lowered our carbs. I was surprised that I could eat that low carb and still feel good. I learned a lot and made many of the delicious and easy recipes!

— Amy, New Hampshire

When I did the CCP this winter, it made me realize I was under-eating and wasn’t eating to fuel my body and my workouts. By eating more and finding the foods that are “right” for my body, activity, and even cycle, I’ve actually loosened my waistband and move importantly gained confidence, energy, and tone.

I’m grateful for the Carb Compatibility Project because it has allowed me to introduce carbohydrates back into my diet without fear. Doing it the way we did allowed me to see a difference in a very short time. The timing of carbohydrates sets my day in a good mood.

— Priscilla, New Hampshire

I’m feeling like 26 instead of 46! I loved this whole entire thing—I don’t feel like it was a “program” but more like a “life change”—not just for me, but the whole family! There’s no question that is just now how I eat and I LOVE it!

— Jen, Florida

I learned so much from the Carb Compatibility Project and have a handle on what I know I can eat without feeling yucky/not be a crazy bitch when the clock strikes 5 pm. Whee! I have an arsenal of good recipes that I make regularly. Not only that though; I also feel more body positive/empowered and I feel like your posts and general attitude have a lot to do with that. So thanks, a lot.

— Sarah, New Hampshire

Hi Erin! I just want to thank you, thank you, thank you for this program! I have felt like absolute garbage for a really long time and I also found out I have an autoimmune disease just as this project was starting and am finally starting to feel better!!! My inflammation is down, my digestion issues are improving, my energy levels are creeping back up, I have lost some of the stubborn weight I had gained and for the first time in my whole life I am even having hunger cues! I also feel less trapped in the way I have viewed food and now see it more as fuel and that I have choices and less that I have to restrict or steer clear of things because diet culture tells me to. This project opened up my relationship to food to a place I have not been in before and I now feel like I can make choices because of how it makes me feel in my body, my mind and my emotions. You are such a gift, Erin!! And so is this group. I have loved being on this journey with so many others. Every week was amazing—I felt best at week three for sure! I feel so glad that I took this time for myself. This program ends on my 41st birthday then I get to turn my attention to YHR!! I feel like my 41st year could be my best yet! Thank you.

I've been reflecting on my experience with the CCP and I have to say I'm so glad I signed up! My headaches have reduced in frequency and severity (but time will tell as I go through a complete period cycle), I'm pooping more consistently (albeit still with some GI challenges), and I haven't had insomnia since week one. It's too soon for me to know what is related to blood sugar versus hormones and stress, but I'm grateful for all I've learned. I've been much more mindful about using breathing to manage my stress during the day and to help digestion and in general trying to get a better handle on how I react to stressful work situations (huge work in progress, but something I have to tackle). An added bonus is that I've gained more confidence planning and preparing meals, because my husband is the typical cook (and he's great at it!). Thank you, Erin!

Just finished up reading the week 2 material and I'm crying. As someone who was diagnosed with PCOS 6 years ago, and Hashimoto's 3 months ago, I finally feel like I've found the spot where someone understands the underlying issues and how to treat it without just throwing some medicine on it and hoping it works. Also thank you for the mention about fertility health whether or not you want to reproduce. Most physicians I have seen just give me birth control and brush off everything else because I'm not reproducing. Thank you so much Erin Holt for sharing your knowledge and really doing the work to help women who feel like they have been struggling. I can't even tell you what the weight off my shoulders feels like right now.

I'm realizing that along the way I'm taking this program as a study, rather than as a regimen or a diet. It's the first time this has happened for me, and it's because of the freedom Erin offers within it and consequentially the absence of shame. I find myself incorporating things out of curiosity, rather because I "have to," and the old pattern of self sabotage goes "What do I do now?? There's no room for me!” Truly a game changer, and I'm grateful!

Thanks again for this program. I’m amazed at how far I’ve come in 4 weeks with my nutrition. You’ve taught me to be in control of my own choices that are best for my body! I’ve learned to be in tune with what is happening with my body instead of always feeling run down and like something is off. I’m so excited to move forward staying in Week 4 and seeing what the future holds. Thank you for the CCP!

I’ve always made diet changes with weight loss in mind and this time my weight isn’t a concern. I’ve checked my blood sugar here and there, found my number in the range of “normal,” and figured my symptoms must’ve been something else. Dairy-free, gluten-free and low carb and I feel SO much better. I had gone to a cardiologist right before your program and they wanted me to take a beta blocker, but I just didn’t want to do that and said “let me dig further.” I saw your Instagram post about anxiety and here I am. SO thankful I feel normal again, no pvc’s, I’m regular, anxiety is gone—THANK YOU, Erin!!!

Not that I doubted Erin’s chef abilities, buttt I’m so pumped that I have not craved gluten/grains in over 10 days since I really committed to this program! We have not had one recipe we did not enjoy! I still get the desire for red wine at least twice during the week, but I’m giving into it because hey, it’s a polyphenol! Never thought I would see my husband eat and enjoy so many veggies… for anyone whose spouse is skeptical, my husband’s favorite was the shepherd’s pie and pad thai in Week 2!

— Taylor

I've been in a cooking rut for so long, and in the past few days when I've started incorporating these new recipes it's RELIT A FIRE in me. I love to cook, and have been so uninspired for so long.

Thank you for relighting this spark—today I'm making the salmon and potato dish, and literally, I'm in AWE of being able to truly enjoy cooking and enjoy my food again.

— Amanda

Erin, I want to thank you so much for this program, it's been so informative for me and has jumpstarted me to do your Eat to Achieve program. I've been on thyroid meds for about 4 years now and it's my goal to be able to get off them. This program has definitely taught me things about what I put in my mouth and its effect on my sleep and energy. I can't wait to learn more. Thank you!

I knew I was going to love this program, but I just finished the mindfulness recording and I feel like I could cry! It feels like all the knowledge I have is all starting to click together! This is the exact part that has been left out of so many programs.

I have totally been craving carbs! Not cookies and crackers, but bananas and sweet potatoes! Thank you Erin, for the Week 3 lecture reminding us that this is about listening to my body and TRUSTING that it will tell me what it needs!

— Karen

I am completely changed by this program! I never would have thought this was a blood sugar or gut thing. Truly. I was having terrible anxiety, heart palpitations, pvc’s, constipation… I’m a nurse and I feel silly I never considered my blood sugar or a gut problem.

I know this program isn’t about weight loss, but this entire year has been a whirlwind of poor nutrition. I finally feel closer to a version of myself I remember: strong, confident, and healthy. I avoided the scale the whole time (I actually wasn’t sure we owned one—I only weigh myself at my parents’!). Today I just wanted to see. I’m down 12 pounds and buttoned comfortably into size 6 jeans. Of course my body is tired—it’s adjusting to monumental changes over the past 4 weeks. Thank you, Erin, for giving me the hope to stay on this journey and giving me the power back in my life. I’m grateful and focused on the journey ahead.

— Kate

What an incredible 4 weeks it’s been. Thank you Erin for creating this program, working so dang hard to help others. So much gratitude for you. I loved the recipes and am now a total lover of those grated salads with fried eggs! I eat those on the daily. For me, taking the much needed time to rest while eating way more veggies/protein sparked something. My body was like, “Thank you, you finally listened.” I also loved the meditation. Felt like that was key to feeling good. Hoping to do YHR in the fall!! Xoxo.

— Callie

For the first time in over a decade, I’ve been able to lose weight. Not only that, but my stomach issues have disappeared and the constant bloating is gone. I have more energy, feel more emotionally stable… (minus my newfound, possibly not natural, affection for my food processor), and I’m enjoying and looking forward to meals with no guilt afterwards. THANK YOU, Erin for the CCP; it’s changed my life!!

— Jess

This program works, y’all! Today is the first day in, maybe years, that I haven’t snacked between meals or had dessert. Truly mind blowing that I’m not even craving sweets. I went back and listened to Erin’s recordings and resolved my stomach discomfort from earlier (constipation and acid reflux). Thank you, Erin! After doing this program I feel so much more confident in myself!!

— Indi

Thank you, Erin, for all of your wonderful knowledge. Between CCP & YHR, I have learned valuable information. I have always considered myself a healthy eater, and now truly understand the importance of glucose regulation, proteins and the importance of healthy fats.

— Lauren

Eat to Achieve

A coworker told me about Erin's podcast and Eat to Achieve program in December 2020 when my health was at an all time low. I had spent months talking to my primary care doctor, gastroenterologist, allergist, and gynecologist only to be gas lit and told that what I had been experiencing was normal for x, y, and z reasons. Thankfully, ETA and the podcast gave me very functional and applicable "dos and don'ts" that got me so much better on my own until I was able to work with Erin 1:1. Now I'm 12 months into changing my lifestyle through ETA and 6 months into working with Erin and feel the best I have in my 25 years. She truly listens and believes in her clients and that alone goes a long way. Pair that with her serious knowledge and you have a phenomenal healthcare practitioner on your hands!

— Cameryn

Thank you for this program, Erin Holt! I have read nutrition books but was missing the connection with a real human being! I love your central message to just listen to your body. We are all so different and what works for one may not work for another. When I told my primary physician that I wanted to lose weight, he told me to work harder, like The Biggest Loser TV show. That was depressing to hear. Then I found out that nearly all physicians graduate with less than 20 hours of nutrition training. I knew I needed to go somewhere else. The information in your program is evidence-based and you address the needs of each person. It is not a "diet" but a "how to treat your body right" program!

— Amy, North Berwick, Maine

I feel incredible!! Energetic, clear minded, definitely lost some weight, and I feel like I have a good grasp on healthy ways of eating. I’m going to keep going like I’m still on the plan for a long while so it really becomes a way of living. I feel like I’m just in the beginning of really bringing this into my being where it is second nature!! My goal is to add a lot more self care time in and more yoga/pilates!! I can’t thank you enough Erin for all the awesome work you put into this—it’s an amazing program!!

— Lindsay, Montpelier, VT

Erin Holt's Eat to Achieve saved me. From a nasty downward spiral that I could not break free from. And I beat myself up while on the way down. After a series of stressful life events over the last 10 years, I went from feeling great, having a toned body at around 115 pounds, to weighing close to 160 pounds. I felt physically and mentally horrible. And get this: I knew exactly what I needed to do. And for that, I beat myself up even more!

I enrolled in Eat to Achieve even though I didn't want to. Believe me, I was afraid that I might not even start her program after enrolling! Then I met Erin in person. The deal was sealed. Suddenly, everything was going to be alright. I mean, here's this younger woman, telling me she "gets it." And the truth is, she really does. I was so relieved after hearing her story. So relieved that I was not alone. Throughout Erin's program, she was continually supportive and gave the most educated advice. And everything made so much sense I couldn't help but trust her.

Here I am, almost 5 months later...totally changed. No food addictions. No cravings. No more polluting my body. No more beating myself up (hardly). Learning how to take care of ME. And learning that it's not selfish to do so! It's required. My body has a new life. And I feel amazing. No going back. I thank God for Erin Holt. #21daysforlife

— Rosanne, Hampton, NH

I've followed Erin's thought process on eating [for 4 months now]. I'm down 30 pounds, and while I mostly eat healthy, there has been cake and pizza whenever I want cake and pizza! And bread...sometimes I eat the damn bread, too! This is the best diet I never went on! #guiltfree #justeat #thebestdietineverwenton

— Nancy, Portsmouth, NH

Thank you for everything, Erin. This has been such a cool and unique experience. Before doing this program I definitely lacked confidence in choosing truly healthy options—lots of self doubt and lack of understanding. These 21 days have definitely increased my knowledge and therefore confidence in making sound and solid health choices. I appreciate you and your efforts!! My body, mind and spirit feel happy and light!

— Jessy, Raleigh, NC

The Eat to Achieve program Erin created was incredible! I work with a Naturopathic Doctor who has been helping me heal my leaky gut, eczema and thyroid. Before I knew about Eat to Achieve he had mentioned to me things that I needed to add and eliminate from my diet however he never took the time to really explain it all and exactly what I needed to do. I was lost on what to do about my diet until Erin introduced her program to me! I showed my doctor and he was instantly impressed! He told me that is exactly what I needed to do.

Erin makes this program extremely easy to follow, gives you delicious recipes, and explains the benefits of everything so thoroughly. I am proud to say that I have lost 15 pounds since I started this two months ago (prior to this I could not even lose one pound!) and I have continued to incorporate what Erin has taught me in my lifestyle and diet even after I completed the program! I cannot recommend Eat to Achieve enough! THANK YOU ERIN!!!!

— Lindsay, Southbury, CT

Erin, Thank you soooo very much for a remarkable program. The type and quality of knowledge you shared was exactly what I needed. Also, the time and effort you put into creating the great content to help us is very evident and much appreciated. I liked the mixture of text, video, and audio. On a personal level, you really helped me to begin transforming my relationship with food. I know it is a life-long process, but you got me off to a great start! I cannot thank you enough for sharing what you've learned over the years. You are truly helping others in an important and profound way!!!! Thanks again!

— Suzanne, North Hampton, NH

Thank you, Erin! I truly enjoyed this program, your wealth of knowledge, and your insights. This is everything I have been thinking about doing for a long time, but for some reason, put it off. I thank you for helping me take the leap. I feel great—both in body and in mind. I'm feeling a bit nervous about "graduating" and going on my own (although my husband has jumped on board, so that's a huge support!), but I think that if I can keep in mind that this is all about progress and making better choices that make me feel good, then I can sustain this for a long time. Thank you!

— Emily, Hampton, NH

THANK YOU for your program, your support, and your vision for what health is: you bring your heart and your knowledge to your work and you do it well. Why?

1. The recipes—delicious, varied and some are open to tweaking.

2. The reminder to take it easy, to rest, to not worry if you ate something off the program. You keep it real.

3. The writing and PDFs and mini videos: so amazing that you cite your reasons for the foods we step away from and in the videos show us how to prepare something. And you communicate with us on a DAILY BASIS! You keep us "in the game," with encouraging words and tips!

4. The enthusiasm, insight and research you put into your work is WHY your program works. I love that it is a lifestyle change and not a quick, bathing suit fix.

This is my 3rd time with you, and it always works because it makes me think about my habits and why I am eating what I do: stressed? need to unwind? happy? No other program that I have tried invites introspection into habits AND forgiveness. You remind us that this is information...use it, journal about it, and move on to the next day. Your words are like you are talking to us; filled with energy and belief in what you are saying. You share your struggles with us, and how to organize your days and deal with the stresses of a varied life.

Erin, I just wanted to say that I'm feeling great and loving all the good and healthy food I'm eating. I can really tell a difference! Also, my husband and kids have been eating on the Level 1 plan too, and the kids are loving the smoothies and trying lots of new foods. And my husband, who has terrible stomach problems, has felt great for the past week just by eating what I'm eating. Oh, and he's lost 5 pound too...so thank you! While there are still two weeks to go, I know we are learning some new things that we will carry on after these 21 days!

Participating in the Eat to Achieve program helped get me back on track and reestablish proper eating and cooking habits and in getting excited again about "real" food. Six weeks in (I started the program early) at level 3 I have lost 6 pounds, and I am committed for another 4 weeks.

I just want to thank everyone in [the private Facebook group] for being so open and forthcoming. I think I am getting what was intended from this effort...to be aware but also to relax about our foods. I imagine I will do this several times over the course of the next year. Going deeper each time. Kinda like yoga...thank you again. I appreciate every single thought and post and all the wisdom.

Erin, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for leading me through these last 3 weeks. I learned a lot, lost some bad habits and started some great new ones! I appreciated all of the information, especially the last recording about how to ease back in to reintroducing foods to my diet. You are amazing and an inspiration!

So the results are in! In two weeks following this plan (about 90%) I've lost 5 lbs and 4 inches off my waist, and quite possibly changed my way of eating forever! This meal plan is full of fresh, clean, real food, and recipes that I get so excited about eating! I'm beyond thrilled! Erin Holt, you've inspired me so much!

Well, I did it!! (And yes, there is a bit of pride that goes along with it.) I feel great, not deprived in any way, and looking forward to making some adjustments in my eating habits. My main goal was to get "junk" out of my life and, if I lost a pound or two along the way, great...that being said, I shed 10 pounds during this fun and informative adventure. So thank you for opening a door for me.

Yay!! I just wanted to check in and thank you for creating this program. Your booklet and steps made it so easy to follow—and stick to! This type of eating is something I've wanted to really do for a long time and this was the perfect way to start. I loved experimenting with new foods and recipes—and am on track to keep at it! I stayed right at level 2 and it was easier than I thought (with your recipes and ideas).

I can't even believe that 3 weeks is already up. Thank you for all of the information and recordings...all of it was so helpful and eye opening!

[TWO MONTHS LATER...]

My husband jumped on board and we have kept up level 2 [for 2 months]! I'm not even really sure how to describe what this has done for us. My husband has had a lot of GI issues over the years and removing dairy and gluten allowed us to really figure out what it was for the first time ever. He has also PR'd in two races—a 5k in 19 minutes and 13.1 in 1:31—he totally attributes it to the way he's eating. I feel better—physically and mentally —and I've lost weight. We haven't let it rule our lives, but it's been easy to come back to and stick with. I think the education and steps you provided for us sealed the deal. It's just so easy.

I am a very health conscious person and always try to eat the best food out there, however it can be very overwhelming and confusing. There are so many fads...this is bad, this is good, EAT this, try this, etc. Recently Erin led a workshop at Bikram Yoga Epping and in 30 minutes taught me so many things about HOW we think about food, how we approach it, what really is good, what really is bad, you get the idea. If you are looking for a revamp in the kitchen, want to brush up on your eating habits or are just running out of good, real food ideas you need to try out her Eat to Achieve program. The 70 page recipe book alone is SO WORTH IT.
