No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Squares⁣

CRUST INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond flour⁣

5 medjool dates, pitted⁣

2 Tablespoons coconut oil⁣

1/4 teaspoon sea salt ⁣

Pulse in a food processor until well combined. Press into a 8x8 baking dish (I line it with parchment paper first).⁣

FILLING INGREDIENTS

1 10-ounce bag frozen strawberries, thawed⁣

1.5 cups raw cashews⁣

1/4 cup coconut cream*⁣

1/4 cup water⁣

1/4 cup maple syrup⁣

2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted⁣

⁣*Place can in fridge ahead of time so it is solid when you scoop it out⁣⁣

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend in blender until smooth. Pour over crust.

Optional: press fresh berries into the top for decoration.

Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer and let set for 5 minutes, then shimmy out of the pan and cut into bite-size pieces. Keep frozen until serving!
