Pumpkin Coffee Creamer

I can’t believe fall is here! I love all things pumpkin, and this recipe is no exception. This pumpkin creamer is so tasty and has much better ingredients than the store-bought versions. 

Please note that this recipe is free from fillers, so some natural separation is normal. You’ll have to give it a good shake before serving.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of your preferred milk or milk alternative

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (option to use more if you prefer a sweeter taste). 

2 tsp cinnamon 

Splash of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. 

Refrigerate in a glass container of your choice. 

Shake well and serve with your coffee.
