The Real Story
Hi! I’m Erin & my “health journey” began in 7th grade when I started dieting and got really (really) positive feedback.
I am your classic eldest daughter type A perfectionist…meaning, I kind of live for that positive feedback. So I took it and ran with it…literally.
I started running, stopped eating, and this began a 13-year battle with eating disorders.
I eventually went to dietetics school to try to “fix” myself but to really unpack the disorder, I had to learn that there was nothing to fix in the first place.
Dietetics school didn’t teach me that, but learning to care for my body did. So I committed to building a better relationship with my body. And I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle—I was a nutritionist and a yoga teacher, I was eating all the “right” foods and doing all the “right” things to take care of myself.
But after giving birth to my daughter in 2014, I got very sick.
I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did. I was ashamed, confused…and scared. I wasn’t getting any answers. I went to my doctors SO MANY TIMES and they kept telling me everything was normal. I was fine.
But deep down inside, I knew I wasn’t fine. I knew the fatigue, pain, brain fog, stomachaches, anxiety, and sadness WASN’T NORMAL. So I kept digging—on my own.
It took me years of my own research and tens of thousands of dollars to figure out answers to my health problems and come up with solutions to healing. I don’t want that for you.
I’ve compiled all the information I wish I had back then to save you the time, energy, money, and frustration of you doing it on your own.

The live classes are designed to inspire, uplift, support, and hold you accountable - NOT to stress your schedule out. All of our live calls will be recorded and the replays will be posted into The Collective for super easy access at your convenience. Some of these calls (like the Mind Body Medicine Classes) you might want to watch again and again!
I (Erin) am a learning junkie so I’m always enrolled in multiple online courses. I love to watch/listen to the replays when I’m walking, driving, cooking, folding laundry, or taking baths!

The Collective is designed to be self-paced, allowing you to go through the course materials on your own schedule. Generally we see that most members spend 1-2 hours per week engaging with the course content. However, you have the flexibility to do more or less depending on your availability and goals.
One of the biggest benefits of The Collective is that it gives you ample time to complete everything at your own pace. If you miss a week or need a break, you can always pick up where you left off or re-watch previous lessons. The course content is available on the Kajabi app, so you can tune in wherever and whenever is most convenient.
In addition to the self-paced programs, there are typically 2-3 live 60-90 minute calls per month. These are optional but provide an opportunity to learn in real-time, ask questions, and get support. If you miss a live session, the recordings are available to watch later.
Ultimately, The Collective is designed to meet you where you are on your journey. Some people work through each of the programs consecutively, while others spend time fully implementing what they've learned in each program before moving on. You can revisit previous programs at any point during your year of access.
The key is to engage with the content in whatever way works best for your schedule and learning style. Even dedicating just 1-2 focused hours per week can provide tremendous value!
